About CAS

Established in 2004, CAS was formed for one purpose, to help community associations improve their financial condition.  This is done by providing boards with accurate and timely information necessary to make decisions.

Most community association boards aren’t fortunate enough to have an accountant onboard, insert CAS here!  We take care of your books so you don’t have to.  We take your association’s data and financial transactions and transform it into useful information you need to make financial decisions for your community.  Most communities hold millions of dollars in assets.  Financial reports and information can be the most important and useful tools available to a board of directors.

Ryan Lee, a former accounting manager for a Denver area property management company, started CAS to help those communities who don’t need full management.  Some communities are self managed but still need a third party to prepare and manage their financial information.  This is our goal and this is our business.  CAS will be the last accountant your community will ever need.

We don’t leave small businesses behind either.  CAS can prepare and manage the financial information for most small businesses using computerized accounting software like Quickbooks or Peachtree.

Our philosophy is simple, if you don’t like the information and service you receive from CAS, your not going to pay and we wouldn’t expect you to.  That is why CAS does not require contracts from its clients unless requested by the client.  We our confident in our level of service and guarantee your satisfaction in our professionals.
